Client Story 01

Done-for-you on her terms — not ours.

A New York women's fashion boutique  ·  AI Voice Concierge + Revenue System

The Situation

An independent boutique owner was missing inbound calls and voicemails after hours. Potential clients were reaching out — and leaving without a response. Revenue was walking out the door silently.

The Constraint

The owner refused to use a new app or platform. She runs her business entirely from text messages on her personal phone. The system had to work the way she worked — or it wasn't going to work at all.

What We Built

We redesigned the notification workflow around her behavior. Every missed call now triggers an automatic SMS to her personal phone with the caller's name, their number, and a full voicemail transcription. No app. No login. No learning curve.

The Result

Every missed call is now captured and surfaced immediately. The system has fielded inbound inquiries from customers across multiple cities — including a time-sensitive call from a family managing a large garment donation that would have been lost permanently without the system in place. The owner responds on her terms, from her phone, the way she always has. Nothing falls through the cracks.

The Lesson

The best AI system in the world fails if the person running the business won't use it. Our job isn't to install software — it's to understand how a business actually operates and build around it. That's what done-for-you means.

Client Story 02

Decades of handwritten records. Converted into a campaign-ready CRM.

A New York women's fashion boutique  ·  CRM Build + Visibility System

The Situation

Years of customer records lived in handwritten appointment books — names, phone numbers, spend amounts, sizing preferences, and styling notes recorded in English and Hebrew, often abbreviated, always inconsistent. No CRM. No searchable database. No way to run any outreach without physically flipping through pages.

The Constraint

The notes weren't just bilingual — they contained sizing codes, spend amounts, styling observations, and relationship context that only made sense if you understood both the language and the business. A straight data entry job wasn't going to cut it.

What We Built

We processed 71+ notebook page images batch by batch — reading English handwriting, transcribing and translating Hebrew line by line, and converting each entry into a structured contact record. Every contact was tagged for marketing segments and automation. The output: a GHL-import-ready CSV, a formatted client profile document, and a bilingual reference version for the owner.

The Result

A customer base that had never been reachable by any digital channel became the foundation for the boutique's first structured outreach program — including a VIP SMS campaign currently in active deployment. What had lived in a stack of notebooks became a searchable, segmentable, campaign-ready contact database.

The Lesson

Data doesn't have to be clean to be valuable. It has to be recoverable. Our job was to meet the client's records exactly where they were — handwritten, bilingual, decades of shorthand — and build the bridge to a system that could actually use them. That's the work most agencies won't do because it doesn't fit a template.

Client Story 03

From scattered texts and memory to a structured product intake pipeline.

A New York women's fashion boutique  ·  Workflow Automation + Revenue System

The Situation

Getting new inventory listed online had no structure. Item details lived in text messages and verbal conversations. Photos were scattered across phones. The process between "we have this item" and "it's live for sale" was slow, informal, and easily lost.

The Constraint

The solution had to work on a phone, had to be fast, and couldn't require any platform login or technical knowledge from staff using it on the sales floor.

What We Built

A mobile-optimized product intake form deployed on the boutique's website — no app, no login required. Staff open a URL, fill in item details, and upload photos on the spot. The moment they submit, a workflow fires: a structured task is created and assigned, an SMS notification goes to the operator with the submitted details, and photos are hosted automatically with live URLs included in the notification.

The Result

A process that previously had no defined form became a structured intake pipeline. Product information is now captured at the moment of discovery — not reconstructed from memory later. Staff have a tool they can use standing on the sales floor. The operator gets a notification, not a pile of texts to sort through.

The Lesson

Disorganized intake is a silent tax on every business that sells physical products. You pay it in lost time, missed listings, and revenue that never gets captured. The fix isn't complicated — it's a structured form, a clean workflow, and a notification that goes to the right person automatically.
